1. Localized repair of podium deck slab soffit, beam corbel ledge, beam soffit and fascia concrete deteriorations around the 77 Quebec Avenue building.
2. Temporary disconnection, removal, reinstatement, and re-connection of all soffit-mounted services and fixtures in the vicinity at each noted repair location.
3. Re-painting of podium deck slab soffit and corbel beam repair surfaces at repair locations.
