In brief, the project will take place this Summer 2026 and involves a rehabilitation program for the following key items:
- Reconstruction of the west elevation reinforced concrete stairs, including new cast iron handrails and guardrails
- Installation of new drains cast into concrete slab-on-grade
- Localized mortar repointing and brick masonry repairs
- Replacement of west elevation pavers with new on-grade concrete or permeable paver pad
- Infill of a below-grade window at the east elevation, including demolition of the concrete window structure, backfill and asphalt installation
