This project is split into Part A and B.
Part A – Exterior Repairs
The replacement of the exterior guard and localized vertical concrete repairs at the ramp retaining wall. The work also includes replacement of the exterior concrete sidewalk adjacent to the top of the ramp retaining wall.
Part B – Garage Column Repair
Targeted rehabilitation of concrete encasements around garage steel columns, including localized repairs to corroded structural steel and installation of steel reinforcement where required. The work also includes installation of sloped concrete slabs around garage columns and targeted replacement of drain cleanouts and piping, as directed by the Consultant.
