In general, this project includes but is not limited to localized reinforcing of timber beams, purlins and columns, sistering wood floor and roof joists, wood sub-framing, replacement of two (2) locations of timber columns with a combination of new steel and timber columns. This project also includes localized exterior concrete repairs of the concrete lintels above window openings.
